Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support@thedma.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your services until the end of the paid period.

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable. These cover the initial configuration, migration, and onboarding work performed at the start of your subscription.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your billing period but no prorated refund is issued.

SLA Credits

If we fail to meet the uptime SLA specified in your tier, you may be eligible for service credits. Credit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future billing periods.

Disputes

If you believe you are owed a refund not covered by this policy, contact us at support@thedma.co.uk and we will review your case individually.
