These terms govern your use of The DMA managed growth hosting services. By subscribing to any tier, you agree to these terms.

Services

The DMA provides managed hosting, analytics, and growth infrastructure services as described in your selected tier. Service specifications are detailed on our pricing page.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are charged once at the start of your subscription. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Service Level Agreement

We commit to the uptime SLA specified in your tier. Credit claims for SLA breaches must be made within 30 days of the incident.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend services for violations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
